I was wondering do anyone know about rent to own properties. If you get a rent to own property can you rent it out or do you have to live in it yourself.
Hi Pone - there's a wealth of information on the website regarding this subject. In general, it's what you negotiate in the lease. Most will allow you to re-rent to someone else (sub-lease), but make sure it's in the lease.
Yes, it's under Lease Options and there's a lot of good reading. I've done Lease Option deals before and did not live in the place. I just explained I would be subleasing the place to someone else and made sure it was in the contract.
I have a buyer who need a property. When i try to send an e-mail to see if any of my community partners has a seller I noticed that there is no list on my open road.Does anyone know how I can get the list of seller/buyers on my sfl/Open Road? Urgently Needed.
