Hi DGers I have a investor who is out of country and wants to buy Realestate and he wants to transfer his funds into an account so I can have easy access to do deals for him.I dont like the idea of a Bank Account and so far a Title Company is dragging there feet, Iam not lost on this situation, just slowed down for an answer, Jim

Escrow company

Hey Jim,
Find a local escrow company that will accept the money and hold it and manage it for you. I googled and found several. Here is one: http://www.bankersescrow.com/escrow/cashholding.html , not endorsing this company, but it is to give you an idea of what to look for.
