Wooo hooo the last two months have been wonderful. I have now found that by teaming up with so many wonderful people it has gained us some momentum.
We have now closed on 4 deals since the edge event and I am so happy and grateful for all that we have done. We currently have five properties under contract and are looking to gain more. WOOOO HOOO!!!!!
Each one I have partnered with someone somewhere to make these deals happen. I am so happy and grateful to my partners and I am truly blessed and excited for whats is to come.
One deal was a subject two that we did and that one will be our biggest profit yet. We profited 8,000 split between my self and my partners: ) and I have to say that this deal was the best deal I have ever done. I was able to help a home owner out of a bad situation and in turn I was able to give a family the chance to own the home. The day we signed the papers for our Tenant buyer Her daughter hugged me and thanked me. It brought me to tears. THIS IS WHAT MAKES REI SO AMAZING: ): ):
With out us investors there are so many people out there who would never have the chance to own a home. We make things happen and I am so happy that we were able to make this one happen: )
