As for your ad... it doesn't really grab me. It doesn't tell me anything about the properties...
I'd do an ad per property, and I'd actually tell people what they are:
Include the size (3/2, 1500 fsf), rental rate, insurance and taxes, etc. so people actually know what they're looking at. Include highlights of the area (close to schools, 15 minutes to shopping, etc).
And give it a catchy title.
As it is, looking at your ad it means that in a market where people are trying to pick up multiple properties in a hurry they don't look at your ad and feel like it just means they have to do more work to find out details about your properties.
It is extremely rare these days to come across weblogs that deliver details somebody is on the lookout for. I am glad to see that your blog share valued facts that may help to numerous readers. Thanks and preserve writing.
