Not Deal #613 Like Carol, but like she said a Deal is a Deal I just closed this one
On Saturday last week I finally closed the deal from @$%*. If you have been following my journal on this deal it has been very stressful. Even after I have done dozens of deals I am still learning and growing. But as we all learn and hear, be persistent and keep moving forward!!!
This is a mobile home rehab. I got the home for free, i moved it into a new community and set it up, rehabbed it and just sold it.
The buyers are really excited to move in and are really excited to own their own home.
I had too much in rehab on this one about 14K All in. But I still sold it for 21K on a contract. I will make an additional 7K over the next 5.5 years. So I should make a pretty good profit. I'm mostly excited to just move on to the next deal.
Since I have closed this one, I am negotiating a number of other deals. Also trying to close on another single family home. We are almost finished with another Mobile Home and have some buyers for it already. I just found a new granite installer that is doing this home today and I'm anxious to see his work when I get there.
I need to secure some more deals to keep my workers going.
I love deans program and his motivation it is intoxicating. I loved the weekly wisdom this week. It got me thinking of what is holding me back from going to the next level and doing more deals.
