Your terms are kind of vague...80k? What is the purchase price, arv, interest rate, rehab costs, time frame among other things. I mean, out of the 80k, are you buying it for 60, with 20k for rehab expecting the lender to carry all the weight? Are you participating in the deal or is the lender the only one with skin in the game?
