Is another wonderful day fill with joy and unexpected challenges. I’m ready to make some money . Just want to be clear on this.
I find a seller and hook them up with the buyer or vise versa, sign my name+company\and or assignee??
Ex: house value $150K – 60k(my deal)
I find a buyer and offer $110K, so my profit will be $20K CORRECT????
Then I have the buyer and seller meet after all the contract has been sign?
Then when will I get pay?
Is the buyer paying me or the seller. I know is the buyer money, but is the buyer pay the seller first then the seller give me the money? Or is all done through escrow at closing??? Do I have to be at the closing also?

I find a buyer and offer $110K, so my profit will be $20K CORRECT???? You state you premium $20K on the AOC, what they (that is Buyer) will pay you for all of the rights to the Purchase & Sales agreement contract sign between you and the Seller.
Then I have the buyer and seller meet after all the contract has been sign? Yes the buyer can meet the Seller and do their due diligence as stated in contract, once you have gotten the seller to sign off on the P/S Agreement contract between you and them NOT before than.
Then when will I get pay? You can get a partial payment up front from the buyer or you can get paid at close of escrow. Its really between you & the buyer in how y'all agree to handle the payment. Usually its at the close of escrow in case the buyer decides to back out of the contract for whatever reason.

Do I have to be at the closing also? The buyer pays you, then they pay the seller their proceeds, its all handle at the closing of escrow. I would be at closing if I were you in case anything comes up and to get your check if everything works out and escrow closes.
