FIRST OF ALL THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING APART OF THIS SITE IT REALLY IS SUCH A HELPFULL TOOL!!!So I got my books three days ago and I just have not been able to put it DOWN. I really see how everyone is so excited about what Dean has created and the critical information he shares. One thing he say's on "why every one does not do it when it so easy is because they don't put the effort in to learn"!! I really feal like I am putting in the time and I know it will pay off. And even before I started reading the book I joined this website and I have just been pretty much disecting this thing, and you guy's forum topics and all the video's and things have really excited me to get started. I really believe that pretty soon I will be asking you all for help on my fist deal. So I have just a couple of ?? after getting to the 10th chapter today exactly how is it when you are creating IEE and Assignments, if you decide to work with them, does a REA, Lawyer, and an mortgage broker profit from an assignment??? THANX EVERYONE AHEAD OF TIME!!!
