I want to birddog out of state, does anyone currently do this yourself, and can give a newbie some tips? Thank you!

I've purchased and wholesaled some deals remotely. The key to doing it right is in assembling a great, power team. You also need to study that/those market(s), so that you know where the buyers are buying and for how much. Additionally, get 1 of your team members in that market to take lots of interior and exterior pics (and label them) of the subject property for you.
