This is such a great chapter for having the deals come your way. From the fliers to the business cards, it tells you step by step a good plan of action to locate deals. Even if you have limited funds, you can make fliers to post in stores or pass out through neighborhoods. You can target homes with over grown lawns or the worst home on a nice block.
The system and the choice is up to you. If you do not know how to find some deals in your area. I strongly encourage you to spend more time rereading Chapter 3 (action steps on pg 67-68). Make those deals come to you, early and often. Believe and Achieve! -Joe
