Chapter 5 - Finding Profitable Deals the Old Fashioned Way
I enjoy the title of this chapter because it takes me back "to the day", when we could shop at the local Five and Dime Store, have an ice cream cone at the local soda fountain and watch a movie in an old fashioned palace type theater.
Chapter 5 is a must reread for anyone having trouble finding deals. This chapter gives you the points of contacts and website links to keep you finding deals for the next 6 months to 1 year. Page 104 lists website links that are deals there for the taking. This chapter has so many ideas, that I go back to it and try a new idea every few weeks.
