I have successfully locked up an attorney and broker. My Power Team is officially complete!

I'm using the Instant Equity Exchange method from Dean's book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now". How would I go about getting paid from a contract if my end buyer or even the seller wants to use their closing attorney?
I had to meet with 7 attorneys in my area just to find one that was creative enough to accept IEE strategies.
My thought is that their attorney might not be accepting to this method of investing. Not everybody is as creative as my power team, and I am not sure how I would handle getting paid with the situation when a buyer or seller wants to use their own attorney.

How should I structure an offer to purchase a REO (bank owned) using the instant equity exchange? I'm thinking banks won't be receptive to an investor placing an offer based on reselling it to another end buyer. I know assignments can be hard when dealing with a bank who is acting as a seller, but is it possible to use the equity exchange in this situation?
