Offlinei recently read chapter 6 and i am wondering, when a real estate agent calls me interested, when do i start talking about the 25:1 formula. Really, i feel it may be more of a lack of confidence on my part searching for the right agent. Is there anything anyone did or experienced to find the agent that might help me feel more comfortable talking to an agent?

If you keep looking at more RE Agents you will find 1 that is willing to work with an investor. Lots won't or don't know how or what to expect. It might take seeing 2 dozen Agents to find the right one.

I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS THE RIGHT WAY TO DO IT BUT IT HAPPEN. I RESPONDED TO A LISTING THAT WAS SENT TO ME FROM A RE AGENT AND I ASKED HIM IF HE WORK WITH INVESTORS. THE NEXT EMAIL I GOT FROM HIM WAS ASKING ME OF THE PREFFERENCES OF MY PROPERTY SEARCHES. ALL IT TAKES IS ONE THING, ASK, ASK , ASK. YOU WILL NEVER KNOW UNTIL YOU ASK, RIGHT....
