True Inspiration

Greetings to the DG Community,

I just wanted to say I received Dean's book Profit From Real Estate Right now on my doorstep yesterday morning. I was so excited that I couldn't even bear it waiting for my local postman to deliver it to me. For about a week I was constantly worried yet excited waiting for this book to arrive. Once it came I immediately ran inside clutching it like a child with their favorite toy letting nothing in sight stop me. It's now Nov. 1, I've read about 50 pages so far and have taken some notes and even though I haven't made a deal yet I feel a burden has been lifted from me. I plan on reading this wonderful book of knowledge within the next day or two and will probably reread it again and again. Starting tomorrow I'm going to start looking not for my first deal but for people around my local area to work with me to get my first deal done. My plan is to have a deal in sight by the 1st of December and hopefully have it done by the new year. I absoultely can relate to the story of Matt Larson and it is what has propeled me to write this. I'm sorry if I made any typos writing this, I'm just so excited and I want to say many thanks to Dean personally. I'm thankful to have the support of the DG community with me along every step here, I wish I would have engaged a lot sooner rather than being a fencesitter for far too long. I look forward to your input and support along this fantastic journey.
