OfflineI seen that if you call some one who is looking for a home and you get a contract from them telling them your a investor who can find you a home for a small fee. If you find that home for that buyer could you really get a commission even tho your not a realitor?? Please answer this cause if this is true this could be a great way for me to start investing.

If you found a property/home for your buyer, you need to put it under contract in your name and assign it to your end buyer for a certain profit. You call it IEE or Instant Equity Exchange Page 151. (Page 154 of PROFIT FROM REAL ESTATE RIGHT NOW "How you can make the IEE System Work"). Only license real estate agents are allowed to get comission. Hope this helps. Blessings to all. LA
