Hi there, bighj. I would say that it would be wise to check in with a realtor to get this information. Simply establish a solid rapport with a realtor and ask for that realtor to send you a listing of sold bank owned homes. What I usually do is ask that one of my agents (realtors) send me sold comparables for an entire town - this allows me to sift through the data and see what types of transactions took place. In addition, I don't have to keep asking for comps for a particular house since I'll have that data already.
