OfflineWe have a short sale approved. The house is desirable but needs some work. Carpet etc. The house is approved for 115k and the FMV is 180k. We want to fix it up and sell it for 140k. With that said is there anyone on this site that would like to partner on this deal? The approval is until 10/30 so the clock is ticking. I know if the repairs were done it would sell quickly.
