Dean, Yes I Am Getting Many Great Ideas From Your Clips And News Letters, It May Take Me A Little Longer To Answer The E-Mails, As I Have 3 Other Web Sites I Am Building On And Updating All The Time, Along With Writing And Recording My Own Music And Graphic Arts, I Am Working On Everything 20/7, And So Is My Wife, She Works At Mass General Hospital, You Could Say 20/8, And She Never Slows Down, She Loves It…I Never Slow Down Ether… So…Sorry It Took So Long To Get To This… My Wife And I Have Owned 2 Houses Already, One We Bought For $30,000, Or Rather She Did The Actual Buying Of It, (I Was At Work That Day), And She Went To See The Real Estate Agent, To Rent A House, And He Thought She Was There To Buy One, So He Took Her To See The House And She Put Down The $1000,00 We Had, I Went There The Next Day To Finish My Part Of The Paper Work, And See The House We Were Now Buying, (It Was In Great Shape), And Was Our First House, A Two Family With A Tenet Living Up Stairs, Who Paid Rent Now To Us. The Lady Was Elderly, And A Few Months Later Went Into A Nursing Home, So We Renovated The Upstairs, Did Many Other Improvements, Like Building A Deck In The Back, Fixing Up The Basement, Painting, Putting New Electrical Fixtures, And General Things Like That, My Wife And I Did All The Work, I Was Working At An Engineering Firm, We Lived In The House For A Year, Then I Got A Chance To Go To Work At Lockheed In GA. So We Decided To Sell The House And Go To GA, We Finished Fixing It Up, Put It On The Market, And Sold It For $60,000.00, Paid Off Our Loan And Went To GA With $30,000.00 Clear, And Bought A Single Family There… So We Know Just A Little About How Things Work Under Certain Conditions, We Are Working On Buying Another House Now Here In MA, I Am Looking At Options Now, And Your Info Is A Great Help… I Know How To Do Title Searches And Some Of The Basics, And Know Your Strategies Are The Best I have Found, Anywhere, And My Wife And I Have Bought Many Other Courses, And I Mean We Have Almost Every Course That Has Ever Been Sold, From The Late 80’s Till Now, We Knew Yours Was The One That would Really Help Us… And I Will Keep You Posted When We Find What We Are Looking For, And Will Also Call Your Advice Line For Help With Any Place We Find…
