Second Wave of Foreclosures

I would like to thank the creator of this thread, and add that having been a former title closing agent and Florida resident I can honestly say I saw it ALL I lived in one of the BIGGEST counties in central Florida Brevard County and I saw loans being orginated in staggering numbers. Reckless Abandon does not even begin to touch what has taken place, the families destroyed ghost town foreclosures, and the hurting local economy there. I lived there for 19 years. I even resigned from my title position because the contractor/loan/title company I worked for turned out to be one of the biggest problems in the area and I wanted no part of it. I knew it would burst and people would be hurting. Now that I am in a position to invest it would make sense to help others by purchasing,renting and even giving families a 2nd chance by doing lease options for qualified people. So for those of you looking for foreclosed properties I would suggest Brevard county it is "Chock Full" Good Luck all Be Blessed in all of your endevors where ever they may take you.
