I have been browsing the site a bit and found it interesting. As a landlord, do you register and create a profile? What services do you use on the site? Background Checks? Collecting rent?

I used to be a member of the National Tenant Network (NTN). They were great in that I could run credit reports and court searches. This looks like it may be similar. It also helps to have a friend or two in law enforcement to run a background check.

The service is convenient, I agree. I like that it run tenants screening and offers to collect rent online.I recently found another site that does pretty much the same things. Here is it https://rentberry.com/. Moreover, it allows to sign a rental agreement online. And it’s a great feature I should say. Digital signing makes things quicker for everyone involved.
