This is my quote, sounds very high to me:
Monthly fee $85 x 12= $1,020
1 year lease commission $600
Annual maintenance fee $125
---------------------------------
$1,745 which is 18.17% of $9,600
one time set-up fee $75
---------------------------------
$1,820 which is 18.95% of $9,600

I have found a Property Management company finally.
They have reasonable rates and seem to have good
response/service so far....and are friendly too!
RPM is the company out of Scottsdale, AZ.

I've also got 3 Prop. Mngmt. companies in the Phoenix area. All of them are friendly, and they have great rates. I haven't used them yet, but if I need one, I will. They are:
Opulent Real Estate Group, LLC. --> Phoenix
Brewer-Caldwell Property Management --> Gilbert (*Discount for AZREIA members*)
Primary Residential Management --> Phoenix
Do Not Deal with RPM Property Management out of Scottsdale, AZ 85254.
(Real Property Management).
The leasing agent left my residence unsecured and it was broken into.
I have been talking with RPM about the issue and they will not take responsibility or even acknowledge fault whatsoever. I highly recommend steering clear of them at all costs.
