OfflineI just wanted to tell you all that I've taken some action today to get my wholesale business going. I put out about 20 bandit signs, I have a few Craigslist ads, and I started a LinkedIn account today. I have also been in touch with a friend of mine who is a real estate agent to ask him to get me a list of cash buyers in the last 90 days. He didn't know how to get that list, and someone here on the DG site had the information posted so I sent him the list of what to do.
I really need this to work for me and my family, so much so that I am frightened as to what will happen if it doesn't work, so I will do whatever it takes to push through. If anyone has any suggestions or would be willing to speak with me, send me a PM and we will connect. I would really appreciate any input from some individuals with the right mindset.

Good job putting the bandits out and keep on going. I am getting close and closer to my first wholesale deal and the closer and closer i get the easier it seems. I find myself saying i cant believe how complicated I thought this was and now i get it. its all nerves its so simple its ridiculous. i do still have bad days were i wanna stop but i wont. it was all my mind over thinking everything. I was processing so many ideas I think i was going insane! but my outlook today is great. the contracts were hard for me i kept thinking oh boy ill never get it but it is easier than you can believe. one thing i did was go on you tube and watch videos there are great videos of people walking you through filling out contracts and talking to sellers/buyers and even advertising here are a couple places to start steph davis flipthiswholesaler she has a great blog and videos I like her contracts as well they are free and way simple. jason hanson his name is primo coach on youtube great great videos. I am by no means an expert on wholesaling yet but i am coming from a similar place. i can guarantee you this i am real and so is wholesaling the differnce between people who are successful and the one's who are not is the people who believe this is possible make it happen the rest find reasons it wont work. even though i still have not closed a deal it doesn't matter because now today i know this is real and once i act like it things will happen. i got a little advise from mark on here you are receiving an education by learning wholesaling. I hope this helps but don't give up because we only have so many more years of this down market you might as well cash in! that's what im trying to do. sorry for any mis spellings im sure they are there
