Got it done! It took a long time, it was a big house with many challenges. In the end there were many projects completed with this FLIP. Its just awesome. I've been involved in many, many deals over the last 4 years of my investing experience. I have been very fortunate to be involved with a few very highly intelligent people.
This was the first Retail flip my Buddy Kiel and I have done for ourselves. We each have done our rehab projects on our Duplexes, but this was the first flip. There were many concerns, but also many reassurances. The job took much longer than we both wanted it to. We reached a point where we decided to stop obsessing about the completion date, not over focus on little details like, paint and trim stuff, and just keep plugging away at the things that needed to get done and avoid what could be done. We did care about how well of a job we did on everything we touched. It paid off with 7 DOM in December! Very pleased about that.
