YOu can now use your smartphone and download this free app to take a picture of a home and it give you information like price, last sold, etc. I am in the process of checking it out now. It was featured on CNN this morning by Clark Howard. I am not sure this is a valuable tool, but just one more for the arsenal. I am trying it out now. Tammy

I did hear about this app on facebook. It is was only available for the Iphone. I have an android phone and there isn't an adroid app yet :[.
