In need of an attorney and title company on Long Island New York

My partner and I (He took the 3 day Dean Graziosi's 3 day seminar ) are in need of an attorney and title company that has worked with assigners and wholesalers on Long Island in New York.

We are having a hard time finding them and need them for our power team.

One of the best ways you can find these power team members is through your real estate agent/realtor ask them which is a great first step.

have you guys joined Insider Elite ? because there is also a format in that page to facilitate this very process.

ALSO ATTEND YOUR REIA GROUPS !!!!!!

You often times find them in attendance and can talk to them right there on the spot... REIA = real estate investors association or real estate investor clubs !!!!! LONG island ought to have several clubs. Go to all you can they usually will let you attend the first meeting for free and then join. some meet monthly and mine meets every thursday for lunch so it really allows for a lot of networking opportunities.. you can meet the members of your team there, you can find buyers. handymen and women they all have a common interest........ like minded.

good luck it wouold really help if you filled out your bio so we could get to know you a lil better. Welcome to the DG family. there is no reason you can't do this. it can be done and you can do it.....i'm not just saying that to be positive or encouraging !!!!! it's very true !!!!!!!!

Thank you so much for all your help...I copy and pasted the letters into my pages. I have one question with regards to the real estate agent introduction letter...

"Successful business relationships are based on mutual benefits, and I want to be a referral resource who brings you business. It won't always work out, but when I have buyers or sellers who don't fit my investment profile, I want to be able to refer them to a trustworthy real estate professional who may be able to help them when I couldn't."

I don't understand this paragraph. How would I be a referal resource to bring a realtor business? Is it misleading once they find out that I am a wholesaler?

what is the best way of finding a realtor that will work with an assigner/wholesaler? I'm running into roadblocks with this.

Failure is not an option for me. My job is gone in two months. This is all I have.

believe it,say it with conviction and then take action.

this paragraph ( which is advised to follow and say it when you mean it) it is so

1) you do not stumble and then doubt yourself

2) you are coming across clear with your intentions

3) this is the answer to your question,

the benefit you bring is by bringing a Lead, which is possibly a seller who needs to sell in which we can not help because they may be upside down on their mortgage. ( which may need a short sale) and other numerous possible situations.

You are at the right place for getting good info I love this site.

My first power team member is my General Contractor (GC), he was doing some work for me on a rental I have and we started to talk, now he gives me the scope of work on the deals I need him to look at(free).

What Im getting at is pick your team in what you need first, a real estate agent is a good one to get. Think about it they know the title companies, attorneys, they will have a lot of info we need as investors.

As an investor you will get a lot of calls from your bandit signs, from both buyers and sellers because you will market for both. The deals that you are unable to do you refer to your agent and they love you for that. To get deeper on this don't just let that person get away, whatever their story is tell them you can help them get another home..Send them to another powerteam member "loan broker" they will help fix there credit and you get paid again for that referral, and you can find them another home of there own and get paid again.

We help people that's what we do, and yes we get paid for it.
