Hi there,
My agent pulled a 90-day cash solds list for me and I took it to the county tax assessor's office and was able to find names and addresses. However, the records do not give phone numbers. I have tried Facebook, LinkedIn, and google but am unable to find phone numbers for most of the buyers. Do you have any special tricks or websites you use to procure a phone number for a company name or LLC?
Thank you in advance!
Andrea

look for yellow letter campaigns on youtube... there hand written. you can use www.spokeo.com or www.zabasearch.com to see if you can find a number also.
I strongly suggesst you fill out your profile page. It really helps us to help you if we know a little bit about you and where you are from. If you live near a good size town and can join a reia real estate investors association or real estate club. there will be buyers there as well. one last thing don't get discouraged by this because if your having a little problem it means your moving forward and taking action and thats a great thing.

You're not always going to find every buyer. However, if you notice the same buyer's name in the same general area of town, you can also put up bandit signs for a house you DO have for sale (from your own efforts or through partnering with another wholesaler), and you will probably get some calls because the buyer is already picking up properties in that area.
Hope it helps,

It's a great tool to use to help analyze your deals (and did I mention it's FREE)! But, you really should spend the $97 and get the full premium edition! IT'S AWESOME!!
