SOS!!! NEED TO KNOW!!! ASAP NEED HELP WITH THIS!!!!!

Basic on Angie story in Dean's new book, "Your Town, Your Profit".

How does the process work when you are doing deals from long
distances?

Are you suppose to be there in person eventually or can the deal be done on-line or via telephone? How does that whole process work

How does Carol utilize the Internet for assignments?

Hi Gerard

I know you can do the whole deal via phone, fax and internet and that you never need to actually see or set foot in the property. However, for me, knowing that it can be done and knowing how to do it are 2 different things.

I would do a couple of things to track down the info. You should read Carol's journal if you haven't already done so, from the very beginning. If that fails, you can always try sending her a PM with your questions. I just hate starting there myself because I know how very busy our more successful DGers are.

Now, it would seem to me that if I were stumbling through the process, after I found a prop I would run the comps and do all the other due diligence. I would definitely want someone local to do a walk-through. Then approach the owner and go in and set up the assignment the same way you would in person. It has worked for Carol to great success, so we know it can be done.

Good luck!
