OfflineI can find the street in zillow maps, but there is no info on the z-estimate on the property or the other houses around them. The house is in Bright city (a bit north of Lawrenceburg where the Argosy casino is) and the street name is Mountain Meadows ct.
I need to see what this house's value is asap. The person called me this morning and he says he can't afford the payments and needs to move asap. If the numbers are good I'll offer a debt relief plan.

I tried to look it up on a program I have. That is a real small town. They don't have any information even on Dearborn county. Your best bet would be call a Realtor in that area and ask them what the homes are selling for.

Hi JoeOh, a word of caution. Use Zillow and other website valuation tools to give you ballpark numbers. The numbers usually are not specific enough to make a buy/sell decision. Always get comparable sales information from a local realtor. Their numbers and information are much more reliable than any of the websites. Try to have at least three similar properties (more is better) that have sold in the last ninety days or less. Calculate the sales price per square foot on each sale, average those numbers and multiply by the number of square feet in the property being valued. Remember you are trying to estimate the amount the property will sell for after rehab. If you are too low calculating the ARV and it sells for more, your profit is greater. If it sells for less than you calculated, that comes directly out of your profit.
