i recommend that you get a referral from a local Real Estate Investment Company. You can find them on www.creonline.com. Scroll down the left hand side until you see an orange background and the work Resources. The second link down says "Investment clubs." Click on your state and there you will find a ton of REIA's

Try this

At the REI meeting this month the speaker recommended Par Escrow. When I looked them up later, they are in San Diego.
