My post posted 4 times in a journal - can I please delete it?

It would be great if we could delete our own posts! Is this possible? (Not to have the ability to delete others, but JUST our own)

My journal posting posted 4 times (I do not know why), but it has happened a few times lately and I've noticed others repeated in mine as well.

Thanks for any help you can offer on this one!
