Got a question

What are you thoughts on total view verses zillow?

Ive looked up a property on both sites and see about a 14k swing between the two of them - Total view shows vaule @ 64,000 and Zillow @ 78,000.

Ok

Well, I like to look at all 4 estimates that totalview gives and then just do an average of the 4. I think that gets you in the ballpark of the value. Then I look at my county assessors website and determine the value.
