I am just fed up with all of the spammers, and I am worried about people (and their computers) that don't know NOT to click those links. Something seems off to me when someone's first post is a random article with links to other websites. Hope you all can agree with me. I've even read a post that didn't make sense at all, it had big words EVERYWHERE that didn't grammatically make sense, which was probably the plan so you would click on the links to try and figure out what the heck they were even talking about.
What should we do about it?
I am aware of the upcoming website changes. That is why I am here to suggest some things. On the new website, include a human verification box when posting new topics or replies unless you have more than X posts. Also make it harder to create new accounts, meaning add more verification methods.
Also have some of the top students be forum monitors, this way it is constantly being cleaned up in case there are still spammers.
Another suggestion is to make it so we can see more than the 5 latest recent posts! I'm always finding myself wanting to see more than the last 5 posts, so I have to go manually look through the forums.
Same suggestion for the recent topics I've participated in.
Conclusion
All of the links are to www.google.com so don't worry about accidentally clicking them

Whats with all the posts with links to weird websites? Every night I see random "new" members post topics with very long articles and links to weird websites.
