Yeah that is not such a concern if you can afford it but that is one hell of a maintenance to keep up with ! The vineyard alone ......I would prefer an estate one tenth that price..... It's all how you like your home really......

Here in Virginia, there is LOTS of vineyards - takes Time and work + capital to make it SUCCESSFUL but they're LOTS of them! (seen a few in foreclosure)
