OfflineI just want to let every body know that this is the best book so far. I have not idea is going to be liked that. I ordered it, and Dean lets you download the book as an E-book, I have not beeing able to put it down and still on the first four chapters. The first few chapters includes the story of Greg Murphy, which I shared I was duplicating his system, but I was stuck on the contracts and out clauses. I tell you he answered all my questions and now I feel I have all the ammunition and confidence to take action. I let two great deals passed me by because of understanding the contracts, but now is all in the new book. I also got my call center and printed a bunch of flyers with my 800 number and now have my business in auto pilot liked Dean recommends. My next goal is to join the Accademy. I am excited about getting sellers. I have been working on my buyers list and now I am ready to close deals.
I just want to share with my Dean Family.

Best one yet. It is so broke down. Easy to understand and very informative. The man has outdone himself on this one. To anyone that hasn't ordered or recieved it yet, I highly recommend doing so. This book is packed cover to cover with useful information.

After each book so far I didnt think he could do a better one - but he does! Between the new book, this site, and the Empowering Conversation videos I have a hard time deciding which I'm going to do when I have a little time

I ordered the book and Thursday. I downloaded the digital version and got to reading. I looked one of the newspapers and located potential buyers. The first one wasn't successful, but the second was! I have already found 3 possibilities! I am so excited!! I've been wanting to get this program for so long and I finally got the opportunity. I know this will change my kids and my lives for ever!!! My book came today and I'm more excited than I was yesterday! I have 4 buyers so far and 50 property prospects. I'mo completely motivated and hope to close a deal soon!!!
