Our company buys luxury homes value any where from $100,000.00 to up to unlimited and sell them to our end home buyer people that are first time home buyers or just buyers with little or no credit or just have bad credit .; with my mortgage company for these family with little down on there part they have the house of their dream ,then the mortgage company cash me out the different of what we brought it for and sold it for for example lets say you find a property with a value of one million dollars that is $1,000,000 brought it for lets say $700,000.00 which will have $300,000 in equity in the property which is $150,000.00 in free money to you a 50/50 share. this will be your check after i get my the new family home buyers in the property for only about 1-3% down on the property and a fix-mortgage-rate for the next 20 years .

But when i go to closing the title company will forward you a check for a $150,000 cash
and then the will hand me a $150,000 check

and then i will forward everything over to my mortgage company
and everybody WINS.

THE HOME VALUE IS ABOUT $1,000,000 THATS ONE MILLION DOLLARS
YOU SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM FOR $700,000 CASH LUMP SUM.
AND NOW EVERY BODY HAPPY BECAUSE.
1st-----The seller got there $700,000 Lump sum check
2nd-----The buyers with no or bad credit got their dream home
3rd-----You got a check mail to you in the amount of $150,000.00
4th-----I received my 50-50 share which will be $150,000.00
AND LAST WHICH IS
5TH-----MY MORTGAGE COMPANY GETS THEIR CASH FLOW GOING

Now in order to get started these are some of the things we will need right here
we will need to see the true value on the property that you might have and also an copy of the agreement you have from the sellers or the bank or mortgage company agreement along with a title search on the property for any liens on the property if its a FSBO , and a certified copy from a inspectors of what repairs may needed to be done on the property
if any repairs need to be done on it
