I'm married with two daughters, I've work in the real estate market during the 90's on the retail end. But, in a depressed market and location of the downward spiral of the job market it was hard to qualify middle income buyers. However, after moving to Houston, Texas, where the market offers many opportunities my understanding & knowledge has been broaden after reading the book. I've read Mr. Graziosi book "Be A Real Estate Millionaire" and I have to say that the data in the book is correct and useful, it doesn't matter what market the economy is in there.s money to be made in either, market. Thanks.
