Wealthtec, sorry for the late reply, but you see, i have just purchased a house here in Louisiana as a primary resident using Dean's system of no money down. There's another property right next door to me that has been on the market for a while. I feel at this time that i would pass on the deal in Arkansas and focus more in my area and to avoid being an out of state owner as was the main reason the property in Arkansas was neglected.
