I have had ALOT of J O B s.

I've always Enjoyed 'helping people', it was the way I was raised.

REInvestor/contractor, entreprenuer.

Owned Florist, seafood, vending, home improvement, and real estate businesses.

Purchased 1st property 1985 (accidently).

Began REI journey in 1994 part time and got serious in 1997.

Wholesaling,fix/flip,rehabs,foreclosures,FSBO sfh locally and oceanfront resort rentals in VA and NC.

We have bargain properties with built in equity, cash flowing rentals and properties with great ROI.
