OfflineBeen working @ Honda for 12yrs come march,2009 since I've been trying to get out of there to spend more time with my 8 year old. I work 2nd shift 2:45pm to 11:15pm it takes me about 45min. both way so you can say I spend a lot of time in my car. So listening to the audios helps me very much. I'm tired of being tired all the time. And I am also tired of having a full time babysitter. My Mom lives in South Carolina and she is a real state broker and she is getting older and I would like to be able to take care of my mom and help her out financially when she in a bind or if she gets sick.
I always wanted to be my own boss but I have always let fear hold me back. So I finally took over my fear and bought my first property my 1st year at Honda and then that same year got married. My intentions were to stay at Honda for 5 years so I wouldn't miss much of my oldest daughters life she was 7 or 8 at the time I hired on there. Then I bought another property when I was pregnant with my youngest. Now my oldest is graduating from the Air force soon and Me and my 8 year old plan to fly out and see this one in a lifetime event. I always felt like I missed so much of her life, because then my hours were 3pm to 1am. But know I feel like the same cycle is starting all over again with my youngest and I don't want to repeat this same cycle of not being there for her either.

This was my main reason why I have always been interested in real estate investing. Things started out good I had good tenants and then after my husband invested in some properties we start getting undesirable people. I can say as of now the properties we had we are down to three. It seems like no matter what we do we are having challenges in make any kind of profit in real estate. we have been investors for about maybe five to six years now and still no success I don't know why we can't seem to profit from our investments.
