I'm a 21 year old and highly motivated new rei. I recently learned about real estate about a few weeks ago since then I'v hit two of Deans books and just recently started building a buyers list. Im looking to work (for now) on assinging deals. I have bad credit and not much money at all for that is why im starting at the bottom but only focused on financially being free.
