Bargainbabe

I own 2 modest homes and one 2-family rental property. I believe this is one of the best times in history to invest in real estate. I would like to buy and flip, find great deals and pass them on to others for a fee, involve other members of my family so that they can profit and learn from my success.

I fear buying and holding onto properties because being a landlady is not my favorite thing to do. And what if the tenant(s) lose their job and can't pay their rent? I would hate to have to evict someone.

I am excited and determined to succeed and with Dean's help (he offers a lot) I plan to make it happen.
