My dream is to one day work for myself designing and building modern energy efficient homes. I'm working on acquiring my Professional Engineering license and LEED AP certification, but the most important things to work on to make my dreams come true are building both experience and resources. I work at Habitat for Humanity on weekends building and restoring houses for low-income families, and I believe that real estate investing will give me the biggest boost forward as long as I put in the time and effort to make it work for me.

I'll be working hard to get my feet off the ground in the world of real estate, and I look forward to reading all of your success stories as I steadily write my own.
