I live in Canada and have been a real estate investor for many years. For many years I focused on properties in my local area. Took the Dean courses a couple of years ago, awesome, and that got me into wholesaling in the US. Just an fyi that I tried the Postlets.com site and it does not allow Canadian users. We are planning to market US houses to Americans. If anyone knows how to use this site from Canada, would love to hear from you.
