I'm only a week into this and i gotta say, I'm super excited! I've been calling FSBO's, making flyers, made business cards, pouring over newspapers and Deans book! I have no buyer's list yet and no sellers as of today but I will not stop! My goal is to middle man until I have enough money to buy a property for myself, since I have no money and bad credit. I'm 27 and a single parent so I need to make this work. I plan to enroll into the Acadamy after my first deal. I actually went into the negative (In my checking acct.) to buy Dean's book off the t.v.!!!So I'm putting all my free time into succeeding.Any advice is apreciated.Thanks so much and a huge thank you to Dean for giving me the tools to make a better life!

Yea I got my answers , well sort of. I have 4 deals closing this month and no attorny or title company to do them. They say it's a conflict of interest to represent both me and the ultimate buyer. What?! So I'm freakin out trying to get this all figured out b4 the end of the month. Have you done any deals yet?

but have gotten more experienced getting and locating real serious buyers. I've also gotten alot more confident in dealing with sellers and negotiating prices. I know I'll be closing on deals this month though. Keep me updated as to how you're doing.
