I am a real estate investor on the move. I have been in real estate since 2007. I have since then lost several houses and acquired bad credit. I have been to several real estate classes, but some of the old techniques dont work any more. I saw Dean on a tv program and ordered one of his books. I gave him my e-mail and would get the weekly blogs. I guess that must have been a year ago or so. I did not really join because I have been taken for money with others like Dean and now cant afford to. However I am looking forward to the book 30days real estate cash that I have now to get in the position a knowledgeble investor can be in. I must admit the book is helping me. I am on the second week of the book with the intention of continuing, I am beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. What makes it a challenge for me is that I have borrowed from everyone and owe them. You have to survive while working the program. I am down, so the only way left is up. I know my hope is my "WHY", and will keep my focus there. Thanks for listening, CHILLERMILLER
