I am so affraid of success that I can not stand it...You see my mind is changing...All my life has been just go to work, come home...paycheck to paycheck...OH, I will not give up until I do a deal...I am in this forever...I am just scared...OH, when I do become successful I will not have any friends at all...All the people in my circle are just paycheck to paycheck...so there I am...jra...

I am just about to do my first deal...I AM SO EXCITED...This property is a moble home already in a moble home park all hooked up & ready to move in I just need some help, so my question is...This person is willing to sign me the property w/ a lease/option but what I am concerned about is how I can put some $$$ in my pocket with out the banks...He wants cash,& he does NOT want to be a landlord...which is ok...but I have no $$$...So what would be my offer??? Can you give me some sugguestions...Thanks...jra...
