Don't take that post personal, everyone is trying to help you. That deal won't work for you at the price you were offering. You really need to post a little info about yourself when you come onto a sight and ask for something like that. Nobody is going to give you that kind of help not knowing anything about you. I recommend you use the site wisely by reading as much as you possibly can. You need to read all of Deans books a couple of times over and study, study this site. Otherwise, you could make some very big and costly mistakes.
