I started investing in real estate about 10 yrs ago. About 5 years ago, I got my real estate license since we were buying and selling, I figured I might as well make a commission. Plus I knew I could do a better job than the realtors we worked with in the past. Unfortunately, right after I got my license, my now husband was the victim of a hit and run and due to health issues, he can't work like he used to. We have been unable to invest for about 5 years and we had to sell off all of our rental properties.

I am now ready to get back in the game. Our credit suffered due to medical bills, so I am forced to buy with no money and without using my own credit.
