I'm trying to do a deal on 2 properties and I'm having issues finding an investor to help me out. Nice properties, well taken care of with people in the houses. one is 30,000.00 and the other is 15,000.00. This will by our first deal. Hoping to do it all.

Its amazing how many houses and properties that RTD is purchasing out here. Once they make the purchase, they sell the water rights to the local farmers and ranchers. This makes the properties not valuable any more. I feel that the RTD Transit system is going to expand and we out here in the out laying communities are going to become a bed room community.; That means that our land out here will become more valuable. Our rents are less and our land prices are less. Just waiting and watching for the rush. There will be one. I lived in Tracy, CA when it happened there with the bay area.
