I am a 47yr old man and i have a 36 yr old wife and we have been given an awesome gift. The house that i was raised in was unoccupied for about 15yrs and we got to move into it about a month ago. We are saving on rent and all the things that u have to pay when u rent. Anyway it is a fixer upper and the funny part about this is my wife finally got me to listen to one of Dean Graziozi's commercials and it got me to open my eyes on what to invest. Anyway we moved into the house and i found out just how much i really enjoyed doing a fixer upper and how to work with foreclosures, but 1 thing at a time.
